What is Balance & Recovery Yoga?
Balance & Recovery Yoga is a form of yoga that helps bring your body back into balance across the front and back, left and right, top and bottom, as well as your body's energy flow. When the body moves closer to a balanced state, circulation improves, allowing the body to naturally heal itself — pain reduces, and sleep and digestion become better.
To put it simply, in daily life and work, repeated habits over time can cause certain muscle groups to become tight, contracted, and compressed. Meanwhile, other muscle groups become weaker, creating imbalance in the body. This imbalance can lead to pain, stiffness, numbness, and poor sleep.
Balance Yoga simply focuses on restoring balance to your habitual patterns through gentle postures, while helping you become more aware and gradually adjust unhealthy daily habits.
